If I were starting from zero in 2026, here’s what I’d focus on:

1. Learn how AI tools connect (APIs + automation platforms)

2. Pick one niche (marketing, legal, ecommerce, education)

3. Build one AI-powered workflow that removes friction

4. Turn it into a service, product, or distribution advantage

You don’t need to code like a Silicon Valley engineer. You need to understand inputs, outputs, automation, and feedback loops.

AI literacy is no longer look like: “Can you prompt?”

Now It’s: “Can you design systems?”

The Harsh Truth

In 2026, saying:

“I use AI.”

Will sound like saying:

“I use the internet.”
